Terms & Conditions

1. No bookings for parties please, Pots & Pans Cottage is located in a quiet and peaceful hamlet.
2. The maximum adult occupancy is 4-adults.
3. For bookings less than 8 weeks in advance, full payment is required.
4. For bookings more than 8 weeks in advance 50% deposit is required.
5. Any outstanding balance must be paid 8 weeks before check-in.
6. A £20 cleaning fee is added if you are bringing a dog.
7. Returning guests are offered a 10% discount.
8. A 3% transaction charge is added if paying by PayPal or debit/credit card (this is to cover charges made by Stripe and PayPal). No charge is added if paying by direct bank transfer.

Accessibility Statement

Pots & Pans Cottage is an eighteenth-century cottage located in a rural hamlet. Due to the nature of the building and the surrounding area, access is limited. The road leading to Pots & Pans Cottage is unadopted and is not sealed, this means that the road is uneven and there are potholes in places. This road also has no street lights so a torch is recommended after dark. The area directly leading to the cottage and outside the cottage is well lit.

The cottage, the garden and the upper floors within the cottage are all accessed by stairs. Within the cottage, the stairs are traditionally steep.

Free street parking is available close to the cottage 50 meters away.

All bedrooms have windows fitted with child safety locks, bedrooms have ceiling lights, bedside lamps and natural daylight.

The entire cottage is non-smoking.

Dogs are allowed to stay at the cottage.
